I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I completed my undergraduate degree at St. Lawrence College in Behavioural Psychology in 2008 and went on to work as a Behaviour Therapist for several years supporting individuals, families and support staff. I recently completed my Masters of Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.
I became a therapist because I have seen and experienced both the devastating and joyful sides of life and have a strong desire to help others overcome the challenges they face along their journey.
As you work with me, you will find that I create a safe and nonjudgmental space that will allow you to reflect and gain an understanding of your struggles as well as a clear picture of your valued life direction. I believe that you are an expert in your own life and I am here to draw on your individual strengths and abilities to help you as you begin your journey to well-being.
